Stand Up Paddling
A new development in the water sports world, Stand Up Paddling (SUPpen) can also be experienced at Sky High. When there is less wind and the sun is shining, you can go on the water independently or with instruction.
SUPping is done with hard boards, or with the latest inflatable boards. With length-adjustable paddles, and different types and sizes of boards, there's something for everyone, whether you're just trying it out, or looking for your next full-time hobby. Suitable for all ages, so what's stopping you?

Our instructors
Our instructors are certified according to the IKO system. This is the world's number one system for kite surfing schools. In addition, we have a permanent team that has been with us for years. Therefore we can offer you the best quality with our experienced instructors. We can also offer you usually the same instructor as the last time you had contact with him.
The spotlight Workum
Workum is very accessible for both beginners and more experienced water sports enthusiasts. The shallow water, enclosed lagoon, and campsite within walking distance make it one of the most complete and comfortable water sports spots in the Netherlands!
Origin of Skyhigh kitesurfschool
We have been a kitesurfing school on the beach at workum since 1999 and have been providing kitesurfing lessons there ever since.
We are always working on keeping the lessons high and meeting the customer's expectations.
Our kitesurfing courses are given with the IKO system.
This means learning to kitesurf as well and as quickly as possible in a safe manner.
